SeaPort-e Quality Assurance (QA) Program

Team Halfaker will use proven and existing Standard Operating Procedures and current Quality Assurance (QA) procedures to ensure continuous and interactive process improvement and focus on quality assurance of all project tasks and deliverables.  Our Quality Assurance Program (QAP) will:

  • Verify that all services/products are produced in accordance with applicable contractual requirements;
  • Verify that approved processes are used to develop requirements, through an active program of internal auditing; and
  • Assist the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Representative, and Task Order Managers in reducing risk and improving products, services, and processes.

Team Halfaker QA procedures will ensure timely, correct, compliant deliverables and utilize peer reviews of requirements, technical adequacy reviews, and management reviews that provide insight into task performance and ensure we choose the best method to accomplish the tasks.  The Project Managers (PMs) for each task will have the responsibility to ensure our QAP is effectively executed for each task.  The PMs will work in concert with each other and the government to develop metrics for each of the functional areas within the specific task orders.  These metrics will be used to evaluate Team Halfaker’s individual and company performance.
