Halfaker and Associates Awarded U.S. Army Recruiting Command Contract to Support the Customer Support Communications Center (CSCC)

Halfaker and Associates, LLC has been awarded a contract to support the Customer Support Communications Center (CSCC) for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, Fort Knox, Kentucky.  We are excited about this win in particular because it falls directly in line with our vision.  We are dedicated to our vision: To be engrained in the fabric of our National Security's strategic thinking, operations, systems, services and solutions to the greater benefit of our country's safety, economic security, and national well being. Halfaker and Associates will provide the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), Customer Support Communications Center (CSCC) with subject matter and technical expertise on-site in Fort Knox, Kentucky.  The CSCC is divided into three cells: Cyber Recruiting Center; Lead Refinement Center (LRC); and Future Soldier Center (FSC). The CSCC provides oversight for all tactical level virtual recruiting operations for both officer and enlisted programs in the Regular Army (RA) and Army Reserve (AR) as required by USAREC. Halfaker will provide the daily management and execution of the USAREC CSCC.  We will plan, manage, and execute all CSCC operations, initiatives, and growth resulting in the highest lead conversion rate of any U.S. Army Recruiting Command lead source.  The CSCC has generated over 24,721 assisted recruiting contracts since 2003 and we are excited to contribute toward this remarkable accomplishment.  The recruiting efforts at the CSCC are directly supporting our Nation as well as the Warfighter.  Through this contract and our company we continue to serve...
