Halfaker and Associates’ CEO Appointed to the Humana Military Healthcare Services Advisory Board

Halfaker and Associates’ CEO, Dawn Halfaker, has been appointed to the Humana Military Healthcare Services Advisory Board.  Halfaker hopes to contribute to Humana’s mission of service to American military personnel by providing guidance, insight and leadership based on her service to the country and experiences as a medically retired veteran. 

Halfaker understands the military requirement for quality health care.  As an Army leader, Halfaker personally witnessed the necessity for soldiers and families to receive the highest standard of care in order to maintain the overall combat readiness of our troops and their retention in the services.  Dawn also draws from her experience of being a wounded warrior and can focus the knowledge that she gained in her year-long rehabilitation process to guide Humana to best serve its population.
