Halfaker and Associates and Veterans Participate as Honorary Observers at the 2008 Deutsche Bank Championship

Deutsche Bank and Halfaker and Associates honored two Veterans as “Honorary Observers” at the 2008 Deutsche Bank Championship. The PGA Honorary Observer Program is designed to provide individuals with a unique opportunity to have exclusive access inside the ropes with PGA Players and see the competition up close.

Halfaker and Associates was proud to participate in the PGA Honorary Observer Program and honor the selfless service of J.P. King, a Service-Disabled Army Veteran, and Patrick Holloman, a Marine Corps Veteran as part of their Warrior Transition Program. Through this Program, Halfaker provides unique opportunities for Service-Disabled Veterans to assist our veterans in building a successful career and continue their service to the Nation.

Halfaker realizes the difficulty of transitioning from the Armed Forces into civilian life after tenure of selfless military service and understand the importance of empowering Veterans through a career that provides discipline, leadership, teamwork and a sense of purpose.  In addition to gainful employment, the Halfaker Warrior Transition Program provides mentorship opportunities and sponsors various Veterans Employment Programs.
