Halfaker and Associates' President and CEO Attends the Deloitte and Ability First Home From Iraq and Afghanistan Event

Alive Day Cast Receives a Standing Ovation

Dawn Halfaker joined Deloitte and the Ability First Business Resource Group (BRG) for a special viewing of the HBO documentary “Alive Day Memories: Home from Iraq,” executive produced by James Gandolfini, which depicts the lives and the sacrifices of 10 disabled veterans including Dawn Halfaker.

The documentary was followed by a “Call to Action” in which Deloitte proposed their plan to develop a nation-wide solution to address the unemployment issues facing our heroes.

Attending the event were several of the documentary’s Alive Day veterans as well as Deloitte leadership, government, industry, and non-profits leaders and luminaries from our community.
