Halfaker and Associates' President and CEO is Featured in Cosmopolitan Magazine
"Wounded in the Line of Duty"
The April 2008 Cosmopolitan Magazine article features five amazing young women who were injured in the line of duty and serves as a reminder of the sacrifices women are making in Iraq and Afghanistan. Dawn Halfaker, CEO of Halfaker and Associates, is featured in the article and describes the challenges and positive outlook she has come to embrace as she lives with her injury. She saw the opportunity to work with Cosmopolitan Magazine as a critical step in reaching out to the younger generation and share her experience as well as what she has done with her life since her injury in June 2004. Dawn wants to share with the younger generation that when something difficult happens in your life it is imperative to embrace the challenges and find success in your life.
