Job Title: Personnel Security Specialist

Location: Clarendon, VA

Job Description:

Halfaker and Associates, LLC is seeking personnel to directly support the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Personnel Security Division (DAC-3). The position requires technical and executive support within certain functional areas, including but not limited to: the Personnel Security Records Management and Administrative Support Function (RMAS), Special Security Support Function (SSS), Investigative Administrative Function (IAS), and Polygraph Support Function (PPS). The DAC-3 requires assistance to properly maintain existing administrative and investigative records, complying with mandatory record retention requirements, ensuring database maintenance, and providing administrative support to the personnel security adjudicative and clearance/access process.

Position Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience of general administrative and federal government (DSS and OPM) personnel security procedures and practices.
• Skill in the use of various types of office automation to include Microsoft Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel and Access).
• Experience working multiple projects concurrently within deadlines while ensuring that complex information is conveyed in a clear, accurate, and concise manner under normal and in crisis situation.
• Administrative experience, Customer service experience, and telephone etiquette experience.

Security Clearance: Must possess a valid Top Secret (SCI) Clearance
